The Terms and Conditions, which follow this page, cover your relationship with Na Comhluadair Bheo Teoranta, which provides information on Ecotours, the Environment and Irish culture and history.

Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions, as you will be bound by them when you book an Ecotour.  They apply to your usage of the Website, which provides descriptions of destinations to be visited, together with other relevant material, mainly of a research nature.  No part of this material may be reproduced, without its owner’s permission.

The Company has designed a superb and unique holiday which is provided to you by our Strategic Partners and the Service Providers of these (as explained in the Definition of Terms in this document).  Advancing its care for the environment, Na Comhluadair Bheo Teoranta designed this Ecotour to bring you close to nature and to an Irish story which began 5,000 years ago.  True Ecotourism involves a community at risk.  Here, uniquely, you will meet Celtic-speaking people (Irish, or Gaelic, is a Celtic language) – who wish to rebuild with you the powerful bonds of yesteryear.

When you book an Ecotour through the Website, you also confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions which require your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of the Strategic Partner you choose and of any and every one of its Service Providers.  You may address any queries, which you may have about the Ecotour, to the Strategic Partner.

By using this Website, you confirm your consent to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Website.  Na Comhluadair Bheo Teoranta reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
